Upper North Shore - Roof
Secondary to the internal failures the roof failed an inspection by "Waterproofing Integrity", we were engaged to grind the existing membrane and apply a new system.
Schedule of works:
DEMOLITION TO THE ROOF MEMBRANE
Mechanically remove the existing failed liquid membrane back to substrate.
Bag the building waste for transport to the skip location.
N.B No allowance to repair the floor after the demolition. Lift access is essential
N.B No allowance to remove and fixed items.
N.B Client supply lift access to the Top floor.
N.B Client supply Crane access to get the grinder from the top floor to the Roof.
N.B Client supply safety rails for the roof
WATERPROOFING TO THE EXPOSED ROOF
Clean each area in preparation for waterproofing.
Supply and install WPA FC Mastic throughout the termination points, all fittings, outlets and upturns & downturns.
Supply and install Two Coats WPA 560 Epoxy (Best for damp surfaces) Primer throughout the Roof
Supply and install Two coats of WPA 992UV Stable membrane throughout the Roof substrate.
Safely remove all building waste material from site.
TRAFFICIBLE MEMBRANE COAT
Clean each area in preparation for waterproofing.
Supply and install One coats of WPA 992UV Stable membrane throughout the Roof substrate.
Add 3kg Bag per One pail of aluminium oxide WPA 36NS Non-slip White Alox 36 Grit
Safely remove all building waste material from site.
