Rising Damp
Our client had rising damp in his split-level home. In the past 12 months a neighbour, uphill has renovated their property with large excavation. The local council also had a stormwater pipe burst leading to major repairs. The room in question was built against a sandstone base we found large levels of moisture at the foot of wall probably due to the recent construction.
