North Bondi - Roof

Our Strata client had two major leaks from the Roof into two of the unit below. 

Check out the process to stop the leaks and waterproof the entire roof.

Bondi Beach - Terrace

Phase two of the Bondi project included a terrace area with a Gym underneath, there was leaks from the terrace to the gym.

Ashfield Rising Damp - Injection

Rising Damp Project in Ashfield, our client recently purchased their dream home and after our site vist and report we offered two options to resolve rising damp. Supply and install negative membrane or the option they decided on Resin injection sytem to create damp proof barrier.

Sydney University - Roof

We were out priced by a competitor, we specified removing the existing
membrane back to the sub floor. Our competitor decided to torch membrane directly on
top of the existing membrane.

4 months later we received a call to return and investigate as a leak persisted. After our investigation we were given the project to remediate.

We found three torch on systems, which means two previous waterproofers installed directly on top of existing torch on. Water was present as each layer was removed. In the plant room they torched on top of existing liquid membrane. We found the outlet channel damaged causing one of many leaks.

 

Vaucluse - Planter Box

Our client had a major issue with the Planter boxes. A previous waterproofer sealed the planter box and re-waterproofed. The issue persisted. We came in and removed all the existing membrane throughout each planter box. We waterproofed each planter box and carried out a water test. We found one leak which was caused by a broken pipe that was encased by concrete only noticed from a swimming pool outlet. Sounds confusing? Well lucky for us our team was able to figure it out and get the planter box back to function.
